By dropping or running onto a Ram drone while it is in the falling animation (it is not in the falling animation as long as it isn't on something, so even if it is locked onto a human, it is still not technically falling), you can, to the best of our current knowledge, run across the Ram drone to reset your sprint distance, and clear decently sized gaps, works best if you run across the long side of the Ram drone. You can vault off of them midair, and can break fall damage by timing it so you land half way through your fall. No current method to gain height on them is known.
