Throw the first kiba anywhere on the ridge. Line your crosshair with the middle of the box edge. Crouch and throw the second kiba on the side of the bar until a vault prompt appears. Take the rightmost vault and you'll land in a floating state. Go back onto the box. Do not hold your pistol out while vaulting.
