Use Azami's Kiba wall to build a staircase: place one Kiba on the wall, then vault onto it and place another Kiba on top. Crouch vault onto the second Kiba to reach the armor locker top. Requires precise timing and multiple movement techs (kiba vault extend, kiba run, sprint crouch vault).
