Local-Vault-Rubberband.
If you are able to get a local vault or a vault that the server deems impossible (such as vaulting from spot that you have not been rubberbanded down from yet), your next vault will always be a rubberband vault. This allows you to throw throwables at a 90 degree angle from outside the window safely or barricade windows from the outside.
