Player Block Rubberband.
*(also known as 2 Player Rubberband)*
By being crammed under a slanted surface (usually prone) while a player is blocking your path just as much so the player collision will cause a desync.
You can rubber-band up into objects.
The easiest way on PC is to just hold sprint while coming out or to just stand/crouch up after you got out.
