You need to sprint off the edge and crouch vault before you fall. And personally, I don't break the boxes, I leave it as is and it works fine
My bad, it only overvaulted for me, but after a couple of tries i found out that by looking right as soon as i vault it works.

This vault is so hard for me to get
macb works locally and vault still works
You have to sprint and crouch to get the vault
Yeah i know i still can't get it very consistently at all
shit literally works online
If you keep the box that you shot you can get a macb on it without risking falling (for whoever is struggling)
Also for the vault just look slightly left of the light on the wall and it works most of the time
