I watched the MACB lineup video and ive been trying to recreate it, but I keep falling onto the table or sliding off of it. is there a common mistake I'm probably having trouble with?
When i tried it i had a weird situation where I can hit it once then it doesn't work
I think that's what was happening with me too
You can probably get an macb somewhere else and then just vault up
this was before prone macbs were a thing
now there are lineups inside or you could just get a prone macb on the table
I didnt have much luck with that, but also its probably a skill issue
