Get into the falling animation from a corner boost. Mid-fall, press forward to stand up—the earlier the better. You'll land on the concrete slab with no fall damage. Practice the timing; boosting from the opposite corner is faster but riskier.
yes, the best way is as hdood said. you get into the falling animation and the moment you press to move forward stand up. the earlier you stand the better
np, if you do the corner boost from the opposite side its closer making the timing easier but then you add the risk of dying. id just reccomend to practice and see which one you prefer doing
a more consistent but harder way to get there is by running and crouching onto any of the 4 ropes in the corners (you crouch to stabilize yourself once on the rope, from what i understand)
